Manila family Xmas 2025

Pros: We were so comfortable here. The location is very handy with Estancia Mall 1km walk . Place is clean and very secure. We had extra family stay a couple of days and they also loved it. The host was wonderful and always available to us.

Cons: Not much to dislike. We didn't get to use the swimming pool as it reserved for tenants on public holidays. Most of the days we stayed were actually public holidays and we had plans on other days.

Pros: Das Appartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, 1 Wohnraum mit Küche und ist komplett ausgestattet. Sogar ein Waschtrockner war vorhanden. 3 Fernseher mit Netflix und Amazon Prime, 3 Klimaanlagen. Eine war defekt, wurde direkt am nächsten Tag repariert. Der Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Im Gebäude gibt es ein kleines Geschäft für die nötigsten Lebensmittel. Gereinigtes Wasser gab es kostenlos in 10l Kanistern. Der Pool mit 3 großen Becken kann von Gästen kostenlos von Montag bis Mittwoch genutzt werden. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es ein Kenny Rogers Restaurant. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein großer Unimart und die Estanzia Mall mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Kliniken, Kinos und vieles mehr.

Cons: Die vorhandenen Kissen waren voller Flecken und müssen gereinigt werden. Leider konnte das vorhandene Fitnesscenter von Gästen nicht genutzt werden.

Pros: I like the place because it's near to the airport and restaurants. The caretaker is so friendly. Easy to contact her whatever we need or asked. The owner also is kind and considerate a big bonus
