Everything was fantastic for a last minute booking the host was very accommodating. I haven’t had good experiences with

Pros: Everything was better than our usual accommodation at shore residences.

Cons: The bed is a bit high and uncomfortable (edge lip doesn’t allow for simple on/off for pregnant partner).

Pros: It was our 2nd time in this place. The room was clean and organized. There were complimentary bottle of water and towels provided by the host.

Cons: The height of the TV was not eye level.

Pros: Clean, has all the things you need, close to MOA, there are restaurants nearby.

Cons: On our last day, 10am is the check out time, however 8am the cleaner knocked and they stayed outside the unit waiting for us to leave. The P2,000 bond was returned few days after we check out.

Pros: This was a great location for a easy 14 hour layover while in Manila. The grab from the airport was under PHP400. The area is quite which gave a good deep sleep.

Cons: This is honest review,and i need to mention this,.please dont hate me ,I saw one baby Cucaracha😅 ( our first night in henan regency in boracay,we also encounter one tiny cucaracha in our room😂😂 + molds in walls and ceiling 🤦🏻‍♀️) and under sink garbage bin not collected. Bathroom shower need more cleaning before receiving new guests. Also please put plates,cups ,spoon fork and others stuff to close container to keep them from cuca😅if ever theres more under..

Aside from the humidity and smell from the alleyway overall the unit is great & the staff are great

Pros: The location us perfect for our main purpose.The staff in the condominium tower 3 was very helpful and polite.The unit itself is well maintained and basics were all provided.

Cons: The alleyway outside the unit was a little smelly due to the garbage room that i think not properly maintained as well as since it is a little humid not well ventillated so it made the smell became stronger.

Perfect for airport layovers if you want to shop, eat and explore.

Pros: Booked this accomodation because of its proximity to the airport as we had a 17 hour layover. Locations was perfect! Only $4-6 AUD Grab taxi from and to the airport and 10 just minutes walk to the Mall of Asia. The accomodation itself was cute and comfortable, but best of all was that the host was amazing.

Pleasant stay with baby

Pros: The room looks really nice, also some shops are near and biggest mall is in walking distance. Overall location was good to travel everywhere.

Cons: Condo was really small and lots of things around not safe for children. Also you need to pay extra for swimming pool in place you are living, it's a bit odd.
