Excellent hotel in convenient area

Pros: Good sized modern room and bathroom with toiletries spacious excellent shower and constant hot water. Fridge, kettle, and large screen t.v. and excellent wi-fi. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. 24hour security with friendly and efficient guards. Lift to all floors. Clean fresh towels and bedding. Although situated in busy area with shops, bars, restaurants etc. just metres away, room was totally quiet and peaceful.

Cons: Shower tiled floor was slippery and would benefit from shower mat. Having to pay damage deposit of 5000 peso (76€), although returned when leaving, would leave one with unwanted currency if leaving country.

Pros: The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including hairdryer, fridge, etc it is perfectly located for exploring the nightlife IF that's what you want. You can head to hotels nearby such as \

Cons: I missed natural daylight in the room. My room on the third floor looked towards a steep wall where no natural daylight can enter. That's fine if you don't spend a lot of time inside the apartment. The location and area is not my favorite in Makati, although I understand that this part (red light district) of Makati is very popular among tourists for it's nightlife. It's just not my thing.
