It was a good stay over all.

Pros: It is clean and the location is very accessible to the malls.

Cons: We had a bad experience with the check in process, it took an hour for us to wait for the endorsement at the reception area since they have not received it from the host. Also wrong instructions were sent to us which is why we couldnt open the lockbox which contains the key to the unit.

Sehr tolle Wohnung, jedoch Kommunikation schlecht.

Pros: Super Lage, tolle Aussicht und schöne saubere Wohnung!

Cons: Die Kommunikation bezüglich des Check-Ins war sehr schlecht. Am Vortag des Check-Ins haben wir über 24 Stunden keine Antwort bekommen wie der Check-In genau funktionieren wird. Am Tag des Check-Ins haben wir mehrere Stunden vor Ort warten müssen weil uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde wo wir genau sein müssen und wie der Check-In genau ablaufen wird. Auch nach mehreren Nachfragen kam keine Antwort. Erst um 18 Uhr, 3 Stunden nach der offiziellen Check-In-Beginnzeit konnten wir dann die Wohnung betreten.
