Pros: The place was near the airport so it's good for those travelling out or in the country and wanted to spend some time in manila before embarking on next trip. The host was very kind, and next to the mansion has lots of mini stores where you can get your necessities...

What make this place extra special is the host . He stayed up to help me get a taxi to airport . Simple place in the loc

Pros: First and foremost the host is absolutely wonderful , kind , helpful and goes the extra mile to help . The apartments are huge and you get all you need for a one night stay . This is a place where to rest in between flights . It’s in a very very busy local areas which burst with local corner shops . Make sure to find the Mansion you contact the host or ask people around it’s in an alley , which if you are a backpacker like me . It’s very cute

Cons: Area feels a bit sketchy though it's actually safe enough.

Close to terminal 3 - great value for money

Pros: Second time that we were staying there. We can only recommend this place. Mr Tony is a very nice taking very good care of his guests.

Short but very helpful stay

Pros: I only stayed half a day as I had to take early morning flight, but staff was very helpful to accommodate these circumstances, also good value for money for spacious room and facilities.

Cons: I only stayed half a day and did not encounter negative things within that time frame

Comfortable room/flat close to terminal 3

Pros: Great location close to terminal 3 Manila airport; very nice welcome by Mr Tony and the young lady assisting him. Mr Tony’s charming wife speaks some German too. We felt very at ease in the Mansion because everybody was very helpful. We will stay there a second time before leaving the Philippines
