Condominium at Spring Residences near Airport

An outstanding stay in a perfect condo - definitely my favourite in the Philippines, and I’ll be staying here again.

Pros: Our stay was phenomenal. The unit had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable 4-week stay. Von and Bern were excellent hosts—attentive, responsive, and welcoming. This is hands down the best place I’ve stayed in across all my visits to the Philippines. The location is great, with BGC around 30 minutes away by Grab, and everything else within reasonable driving distance. The unit is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Pros: The host is very responding and always helps immediately. It’s very easy to go to SM Bicutan and also directly beside the Skyway, so easy to go around. In the Appartement there was everything you need and the air condition was really good working.

Great Apartment

Pros: Nice and cosy apartment comfy bed, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. Great location near the shopping mall. Owners are quick in responding to any queries. This is my second stay at the apartment, and I will be booking again when I return to Manila. Thanks for hosting us

Pros: Owners super responsive and place was cozy. Shopping just across the street and easy to catch a jeepney.

Cons: Had to pay to use the pool

Comfortable, safe, accesible to SM

Pros: The good points of this property lies on its location--accessible to SM, stores etc. You'll feel safe here as there is a tremendous check in procedure before a visitor can pass (which other may think it is a hassle but I believe this protects the residence and guest from potential intruders.) The condominium is also packed with kitchen stuff and toiletries. Moreover, the owner replies promptly to messages via booking.com or via text.l and he/she is very polite in handling our inquiries and problems.

Cons: The internet connection is not reliable

Great layout for remote-work travel

Pros: Where most travel rental only offer a bed, this unit has a great layout that offers furniture for multiple people to enjoy the space throughout the day, perfect for remote-work travellers. Including comfortable sofa, dining area, stools, and office desk. SM Bicutan mall right across the street is convenient for all grocery, restaurant, and shopping needs. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, including cooktop, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. We were able to do a couple loads of laundry ourselves, and we also tried the convenient laundry pick-up service. Aircon and appliances worked well, including warm water during shower. Building complex is safe with multiple cameras and lots of professional security guards at each entrance.

Cons: No big issues, overall a good experience. Pool was nice, but because of building configuration the pool water doesn't receive much sunlight, so the water was very cold and uncomfortable, even though outdoor weather was consistently above 30°C. Suggestions for improvement: Office chair was broken, would not lift up, I was looking forward to working on the chair but it wasn't usable for my height. Wi-Fi was too slow to be usable for work (only 10mbps), should upgrade to at least 50mbps. Pillows were too hard/thick and hurt my back, I suggest to provide soft/thin pillows also, I went to mall and bought my own pillow for the duration. Should provide additional towels for pool. But also, investigate issue with air circulation in washroom, towels didn't dry while hanging in washroom. Provide a folding rack for hanging laundry to dry. Get a longer shower curtain so floor doesn't get wet during shower. Investigate seal around balcony door, as train and plane noise was frequent.

Host is very accomodating

Pros: Property is across from SM Bicutan. So just cross the street for your shopping/dining needs

Cons: This place does not tolerate smokers. You’ll have to walk all the way outside the compound to go smoke/vape. It’s worse at night, since you’ll have to walk to the front entrance which is further from the back side that is closed after 10pm.

Pros: Von is very responsive and really helpful. The place is nice and feels like home.

Pros: Everything is perfect almost like your home. Staff are friendly and polite. I definitely will come back for my next trip.

Cons: Beside nexflix , can't watch local tv.
