It was a place to crash and clean up after a day of exploring. At the end of the day we were safe and comfortable.

Pros: Check in was a breeze. The owner was very approachable and accessible pag may concerns. The place itself was in a gated and guarded compound. And it was just literally across the shopping mall giving us easy access to products and facilities. The reception area of the building was clean and has a quiet and chill vibe. We used the well maintained pool.

Cons: I already told the manager of the unit about the shower door not properly closing, water then goes out when showering making the floor with small pool of water. Also it was monsoon season so the rain was on and off concern was raised about the windows of the sitting room which was broken and was taped in an attempt to hold it close. I was told it was intended to be fixed but I was there. It did not get fixed prior to me renting it.

Pros: The location was really good, just at the back of Southmall Las Piñas. The unit was cllean and comfortable to stay in. Would recommend and definitely book this place again in the future.

Cons: No big issues, just needed an extra pillowcase and it was resolved immediately. The host replies quickly and they have spare amenities in the cupboard.

Pros: Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy too! The location is just a stone throw away from the mall itself. Very convenient! And if you ran out of supplies when the mall is closed there are stores around that are open 24/7. The flat itself is rather cute and well kept. Very clean everywhere from the lobby, communal spaces and surrounding areas! The staff are always courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here. My in-laws were impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!

Cons: None. Totally enjoyed everything.
