San Lorenzo Place Mall & Residences Tower 3 by Magallanes MRT station Makati

Beautiful and clean stay

Pros: The place itself was amazing, the photos do it justice. It is a small place so definitely maximum of two people, however, everything was wonderful and clean for us.

Cons: It was hard to communicate with the pool staff about the pool policies.

Ideal for our short , first ever visit to Manila

Pros: Apartment was spotless, well equipped, located in a very good area especially for transport , excellently decorated and offers very good value for money

Lovely little apartment!

Pros: Vanessa was a great host - she was always so quick at responding and answering questions. The attention to detail at the apartment was appreciated and had everything you needed - perfect for one person! The location was in a great location with the MRT downstairs and the mall with food and supermarkets. The security were friendly and helpful. There are food vendors across the street when you wanted that late night dinner. I loved the TV in the bedroom, it was cosy and comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Cons: There is no AC in the living room although equipped with a ceiling fan and an electric fan, so it can get warm! It would be good to have a little clothes dryer to hang out small items that have been washed like underwear.

Perfect, Will recommend this by all my heart to other couples.

Pros: Really clean and fresh in all. Perfect well equiped kitchen/pentry with all necessary tools. Tv/wifi worked really 100 %. Also furniture and textiles were tasteful combined. Reception and Security was top.

Pros: 1、客廳、浴室、臥室都有，廚房設施也很方便。2、地點極佳，旁邊就是美食街、購物中心，還直捷運/鐵路。3、室內擺設用心。4、大樓入口有2-3位保全管理人員，住宿安心。

Cons: 1、沒有冷氣機熱了沒冷氣可以吹（客廳有大、小風扇）。2、個人問題，枕頭太高（相較外地住宿數十次以上經驗），導致睡眠品質很差。

THE RIGHT PLACE TO STAY

Pros: l'appartamento e' situato in un bel palazzo con security all'ingresso, nelle immediate vicinanze c'e' una mall con supermercato, ATM e ristoranti. l'appartamento e' in ottime condizioni e molto confortevole, non troppo distante dall'aeroporto . la proprietaria e chi se ne occupa sono molto gentili, mi hanno organizzato anche un driver per portarmi a visitare il vulcano TAAL . LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTENTE

Beautiful feminine apartment

Pros: This is such a comfortable, beautifully-decorated apartment - I wish I could move in! It has everything you need in a compact space, and lots of nice decorative objects. It also has AC and a fan. It is right next to a mall with food options, grocery stores and some shops. Very easy to move around with Grab. Loved my stay!

Pros: 預定頁的地址去google map上搜尋會是一個奇怪的地方，要跟房東拿正確的地址，住宿地點剛剛好就位在MRT隔壁，走路不用一分鐘 房間雖小，但該有的都有，房間一張小的雙人床，但有一張沙發床，所以兩個人也可以睡 半夜上廁所的時候，會有蟑螂從下水道爬出來

Pros: Lillian and Vanessa’s place is a true gem in Makati, Philippines. The location offers easy access to malls, restaurants, and the Magallanes MRT station — making it an ideal base for exploring the city. As a minimalist myself, I found the space to be the perfect introduction to the Philippines. The unit is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Both Lillian and Vanessa were exceptionally hospitable, warm, and caring, making me feel right at home during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Makati.

Pros: Very clean and well appointed unit. The bed was comfortable. Everything was provided for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The location was very convenient with a small mall attached to the property with restaurants, stores and even a grocery store
