The unit was in excellent condition, the setup is minimalistic and well organised.

Pros: 1. The minimalistic arrangement of the unit 2. Amenities in the vicinity 3. Location

Cons: 1. When you enter the unit, it's smells woody maybe due to the display and furnitures. We bought air freshener and it became tolerable. 2. Might be better if laundry can be added as inclusion to the unit.

Pros: Хорошая квартира в тихом жилом комплексе. Легко найти. Хозяин быстро отвечает на вопросы. Квартира не новая, но нам все понравилось. Очень тихо и спокойно для Манилы.в квартире кухня, посуда. Можно готовить. Большой телевизор с YouTube и Netflix. Стабильный wifi. Есть большой открытый хороший бассейн, закрытый паркинг, охраняемая территория.

Indeed a relaxing place to stay at Samaya!

Pros: Overall the place and my stay was great! This was my second time booking Tom’s place. Smooth self-checkin, unit was clean, provides you with all your basic necessities on your stay, near the supermarket, place was really quiet, car park is provided by request, fast internet - recommended for someone staying for work, very spacious, and very accommodating host!

Pros: It’s comfortable, complete set of kitchenware. It’s a plus that they provide ice cubes in the ref 😁. Aside from that from handwash to soap to shampoo everything is provided. The bed was comfortable with additional pillow and comforter too. They even have complimentary juice and coffee packs. 🥰
