Pros: The Host was super helpful and friendly! The Room was clean with a good working and quiet AC. The Bed was very comfy! You got everything you need and it was prepared like a Hotel Room. It's near to MOA and we enjoyed our stay a lot! Would definitely book it again!

Good location and value for money

Pros: I have booked this room initially. But there were changes since the guests extended their stay on the day of my supposed check in. The host is highly reachable in whatsapp and informed me right away. I was transferred to another room from another building (from Shore to Shell tower D), which is favorable for me since it's nearer to MOA Arena. Just had a little bit of trouble with the aircon leakage, so I had to sleep in the living room. The bed was transferred from the bedroom. ✅️ cheaper than others ✅️ host is reachable and nice; they offer alternatives on what you prefer ✅️ clean room

Cons: The room is good. But you can't cross the building right away if you're walking from MOA since they closed the road and you have to use the roundabout or you have to walk straight all the way to Diosdado Macapagal Blvd then cross.

Pros: It is a walking distance to mall of asia. Very near to the bank and restaurants. Near to airport. The room is very clean.

Pros: Good location with many eateries & convenience stores around.

Cons: The bed is cramped to a corner and difficult for person who sleep at the inner side to go toilet at night. However there is not enough space for the bed to be moved.

Wake up energized with their signature comfy bed!

Pros: Everything is brand new and attractive, and the unit is clean and tidy than others stayed. The host is vey responsive and easy to communicate with, and I appreciate them accommodating our special request. I will definitely return. A bonus feature is the work-from-hone table with drawers.

Cons: Property security is so strict.

Pros: The owner is very kind and helpful. The place is so cozy and amazing.. It is very clean and is close to stores, restaurants, etc. i will definitely recommend it to friends and family and will book this place again for future visits.

Super Cozy/ Great stay

Pros: I loved this cozy little room. It had everything I needed, and for the price and great location, it was a great bargain. Its close proximity to the Mall of Asia makes this a great place to stay. The owner and his staff are great and went out of their way to accommodate me. I will also say this is not a hotel. So if you want hotel amenities then don't stay here. Make sure to read the owners description. It's cozy because it's small. There is a bathroom, small kitchen/living space, and a bed. If you want the Hilton, then go there. There are plenty of shops to get basic necessities, and many great places to eat very close by. As for me, this was just what I needed, and I won't hesitate to book it again if it's available.

Cons: Nothing. I read the owners description and knew what I was getting.
