Pros: Everything perfect! Easy, fast and friendly communication with the caring hosts! The property is like one the pictures. Super clean, fully equipped, cozy and comfortable bed! Good AC and Wifi. Restaurants and Hypermarket in the mall around the corner. It was a perfect and pleasant stay, we'll definetly come back! Thanks for everything!

Cons: If the owner hasn't notice this, it would be best if some stuffs 'cleaning stuffs' would be kept in a closet. I think at some point it gave me an 'eye sore'. And try to replace pillows that requires an update. We also love the idea of dining together, but the available chairs were only good for two, at least if only the owner provided a foldable chair to prevent this from happening. Also, at the time of our arrival, though we came in earlier and the cleaning hasn't over yet, it bothers us to know that the guest's information hasn't even turn over to the guard on duty, ahead our arrival. We are not even instructed ahead that the door do not requires a key but only a password, which should be given or instructed during our email conversation. Any details for the guest have to be given prior to the day of the stay. The free bottled water drink is okay but at least to level up this, maybe a water container is the best alternative for the guest. Plus, I think that the helper showed a little discomfort when she felt that she has to rushed things because we arrived earlier.

Pros: We had a wonderful time staying at the unit. Cleanliness was commendable! The room was spic and span with not a single insect during our stay! They provided all the things we needed for the stay, giving it a homey vibe. Amenities provided gave us more things to do which made our stay really enjoyable! The unit's proximity to Arcovia was so convenient, we were able to do a lot of activities from sunrise to sunset! We will definitely come back!!!

Pros: There are convenient amenities for cooking/cleaning inside the room, and the pool and basketball court are nice. There is easy access to the property and fast communication with the host. The building is safe and secure with abundant security guards protecting the entry and parking lot. It is a great place for an extended stay.

Cons: the available space in the room for dealing with luggage is small

Pros: The place was clean, well decorated. It has a garden view. The bed was hotel quality, sheets smell clean and fresh. Place was well decorated. Most of all, little details like hygiene kits, handsoaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish washing soap and scrub, cold drinking water in the refrigerator, free welcome cup noodles, tea bags, coffee packets, complete utensils, plates, mugs, free swimming in the condo's pool, and the kind and responsive hosts Ms Beth and Sir Louie. Paid parking is available. There is paid parking just outside the guard house but it is first come first served. Fee is php50 for the first three hours and Php10 for every succeeding hour. This rate is relatively cheaper than the other paid parking spaces in some condos. There is another parking space across the condo building which is inside the red gate. Unfortunately, we were not able to ask about the red gate's hourly rate.

Cons: None this far. Our family was able to have a restful sleep. I and my two kids slept on the queen sized bed and my husband slept on the sofa bed. Additional sheets and beddings for the sofa bed, and extra towels were also available. My teenage daughter also loved the fact that the unit also provided a hair dryer which she used to style her hair. For those on long staycations, the unit also has an available washing machine. Overall, super satisfied. Will definitely book here again when I and my family will be in manila.

Pros: Location is convenient to places we wanted to visit ,the unit is clean ,staff are friendly and helpful,our host Lillibeth is very accomodating and replied to my messages very quickly .We arrived late but our check in was smooth and quick .There's free wifi ,and hot water shower with plenty of extra amenities like toiletries ,bottled water, instant noodles,guest kit etc.The full kitchen is equipped with utensils,plates,cups ,glasswares ,silverwares,microwave ,toaster oven ,electric water kettle ,etc .We had a very nice comfortable stay !
