Pros: The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities I needed, which made the stay comfortable and hassle-free. It really felt like a home rather than just a place to sleep. The location is a big plus — it’s conveniently near malls, restaurants, and key areas in BGC, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. The host was also accommodating and responsive, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that the hotel lobby does not allow luggage storage, which can be inconvenient if you arrive early or have a late departure. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Pros: This was home away from home. I was so happy I found this place to stay. The attention to detail- water to drink- toiletries, hygiene products, cleaning materials was available to be used. I love it! The caretaker was very attentive and the owner was very easy to contact.. Internet access was so reliable and the Netflix was available all the time. The view from the windows were lovely day or night- sunny or rainy.

Cons: The washing machine could do an upgrade to a washer dryer- other than that, it was perfect!

Pros: Excellent property perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples). Great amenities and comfortable and cozy. Very clean as well, easy check in and check out and the owner is very receptive and accomodating to requests. Parking is also very eash to organise. Overall a great stay! Will definitely come back ☺️

Cons: The only con is the aircon leaks. Unfortunately because it’s located right above the sofa bed, my fiance and I woke up with a large wet patch between us 😅

Great location and comfortable stay!

Pros: Check in was a breeze and the place has a great view! The location is fantastic---across mitsukoshi mall and near Grand Hyatt Hotel and Uptown Mall. It was a decent walk away from Central Square where the New Year Celebration happened. Also, because its on the periphery, whenever we needed to go north, we didnt have to sit through the BGC traffic. Best of all the owner was quick to respond to our queries and requests. She was just awesome!

Great value in a superb location.

Pros: The host, Josie, was very accommodating and easy to contact during stay. If u have guests join you at unit, you must let host know who will then communicate this to 24/7 security in lobby of tower. The unit is in upscale condo tower with nice amenities and right next to luxury malls and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. High street is only 15 minute walk.

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a comfortable and peaceful setting.

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable, and well-located. We especially appreciated the peaceful surroundings and how easy everything was during our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and Comfortable stay

Pros: The unit is a good size for couples. It’s clean, and updated. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is fairly big compared to the other condos we rented in Manila. We found the washing machine and the clothes rack very helpful cause we just did our own a laundry. There were enough kitchen items, towels and extra bed sheets. Best of all the location is excellent very accessible to everything. Walkable to grocery stores, malls, restaurants and churches.

Cons: There were only three elevators that go to higher floors and three to lower floors. When we were there, one was out of order so the wait to go up and down was kind of long. Not enough closet space to put our clothes.
