Pros: The amenities are excellent, fully equipped, and well-maintained. The proprietors are incredibly welcoming and easily reachable.

Cons: This might just apply to my girlfriend and me since we both suffer from allergic rhinitis and are very sensitive to strong fragrances. The smell of the air freshener is a bit overpowering for us. In fact, it’s not necessarily a bad thing; the issue lies with us.

Pros: We rented this condo for my mother, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We often stay at Azure, but our last rental was disappointing. This time, I chose this condo because of its excellent reviews, and I now completely understand why. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—kind, attentive, and professional. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. It truly exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be coming back!

Pros: It's clean, and the owner is very responsive. Its true to the pictures, no surprises, no cockroaches.

Cons: There is nothing much to do around except the mall. It's very noisy outside. The seaside is unavailable due to a giant construction blocking all the access to the sea.

Pros: The instructions were clear and detailed. Wifi was fast. Bathroom is clean and smells good. Overall, the place is cozy.

Cons: The location is quite challenging to access due to heavy traffic. Which is typical in Parañaque though

Pros: Lots of detailed information for check in for everything needed. Full English communications. Lenient with minor misunderstandings I had about the differences in how hotels handle things in the US vs Philippines

It was an excellent stay and I didn’t want to leave yet. Everything is so convenient.

Pros: It’s very near SM Bicutan. If I want to get groceries, I can easily just walk there. It only takes me 5 minutes. It doesn’t get more convenient than that. Plus, whenever I booked a taxi or mototaxi, they can go to the lobby! It’s super convenient for me! Also, the facilities and equipment inside this unit were complete! They have everything me and my friends needed.

Cons: The signages in the LG level of Spring Residences is soooo confusing! I got lost looking for the access door leading to SM Bicutan. Also, there’s no signage leading to Tower 3 so the mototaxis are confused on where to go. Please make signages!
