Cons: apart from the weather a few cockroaches in the bath room and in the kitchen cupboards and the alarm going off now and again on the landing

Comfy stays at affordable price

Pros: Sobrang bait ni Ms. Salve and yung mga gamit sa kitchen and mga toiletries meron. Pool yung view nya and near to mrt station. Soliddddd and babalik balikan po namin🤍

Great host and central location in Manila, well thought out studio apartment and amenities

Pros: Salve was a great host who was always responsive and helpful with her communications - thanks :) The accommodation is a typical studio apartment in a fairly modern condominium complex, which is exactly what we expected upon arrival. Inside the accommodation, there are all the amenities one needs and importantly - everything works well like the shower, wifi and electrical points! The host has made very good use of the space available. The surrounding area is safe and relatively close to the areas of Manila most people are likely to visit such as BGC and Makati. There are a number of convenience stores, coffee shops, and a small mall within five minutes walk also.

Cons: Perhaps some cleaning of the bed linen during the stay would be the only thing I'd like to see.

Pros: Nice studio flat very clean with full water container which l appreciated. Nice shower hot water . Good wifi and large TV with netflix. Lovely swimming pool . Nice quiet area, and also very comfortable bed . Host was responsive when had questions always prompt .large mall within walking distance and convenience store .

Cons: No balcony and 200 pesos per person to swim .

Immaculate place at a bargain price!

Pros: Immaculate Place! Booked this place for 5.days and this place is SPOTLESS! There were minor hiccups but the host's response time was timely, and I can't say enough about how clean this place is. The price is an absolute steal too. Again it is clean!

Cons: I wish they would accept credit card payment for convenience!
