Wary of relatively few reviews, but it was excellent and would definitely stay again!

Pros: First time staying in BGC. I usually avoid staying at places with few reviews, but I took the risk, and I was so glad that I did as it was excellent. The host was truly excellent with great communication and responsiveness. I asked for an extra towel for use at the pool which she provided promptly. Ditto for a replacement A/C remote control. The pool was large and really nice. The gym was decent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Netflix account logged in. Very good WiFi. Loads of good restaurants, shops, and malls around. Makati is usually my go-to when in Manila, but this place makes me reconsider that

Cons: The building staff were a bit annoying. Overly rules and security focused. Unable to apply critical thinking and likely do not feel empowered to make common sense decisions. They follow their procedures to the letter. I had family and friends stop by to give them pasalubong (gifts, souvenirs) but reception did not allow them up to my room, so they had to wait downstairs at reception. Not a big deal, but a little annoying. They stopped me from using the pool as it was a public holiday so only permanent residents were allowed that day (but the pool was really quiet at that time!). Top tip - when asked, just say you own a unit there and give the host's name to avoid all of this; don't say you're a guest. The host, however, was excellent and quickly sorted out access to the pool for me. Also, there was no A/C in the lifts

Pros: Apartment was very clean and modern ,surrounded by malls ,great pool ,fresh bottled water in fridge .host was very nice .would recommend to anyone looking for a first class apartment to stay

Pros: The location is amazing - just right next to the Uptown mall & Japanese mall. We just moved to Manila and we stayed in this unit for a week. The host is so kind and helpful-she really looks after you during your stay. Highly recommended it!

Pros: Location was excellent - very convenient. The apartment had everything I needed for the duration of my stay. The host was wonderful and provided every item I requested to make my stay more comfortable.

Cons: The shower stall could be cleaner and could have better drain.

Besides not having gym access, everything and host was great

Pros: After checking with the reception desk, I was able to pick up the keys in the mail room. I loved that the room looked exactly like the pictures. The decor, lighting and the bed were inviting and very comforting. I appreciated that the owner left me some bottled waters when i arrived. The air conditioning was functional and blew very cold air. The TV was easy to operate. The bathroom was spotless. I loved the location of the condominium Unit. Mitsukoshi Mall and Uptown mall were walking distance. There's an underground tunnel entrance to Uptown mall which makes for an easier visit. Loading/Pick up for a Grab is easy the cars can drive directly to the hotel lobby through the guard gate. I loved that the host responded to all my messages immediately on the booking.com appl.

Cons: Some of the elevators would be unoperational during my stay. This no fault to the owner in any way.

This is a great value - clean comfortable place in a central location!

Pros: Excellent location in Bonifacio Global City right next to the Uptown Mall. Walking distance to a lot of interesting places. Very clean and had all the essential amenities needed plus free reserved parking.

Cons: Reception and guard took some time confirming the reservation. Host was able to help.

Pros: The location is amazing and the condo itself is Everything from shopping to eateries, grocery store, St Luke Hospital are within walking distance. Saves you money on taxi. The best part of my stay was the property manager Chona. She is an excellent person to work with concerning concerns of the condo ensuring that I was safe and comfortable. She answers her phone calls in a timely manner.

Cons: Honestly there’s nothing negative I could say about this place. As mentioned above wonderful place to stay.
