Good amount for money. Comfy. Very near MOA.

Pros: The location from SM MOA, the facilities for cooking and watching. Comfortable bed with extra cushion.

Cons: The iron has old burns that sticked on the bottom, so I wasn’t able to iron my clothes. There is some water leaking near the toilet bowl that may cause slipped/fall.

Cons: The internet is so slow, there’s no free access of pool.

Pros: Location walking distance to MOA and the Hot water shower 😁

Cons: 1. The stove or electric cooking the heat was low, you can cook only noodles and yet it takes so long. 2. One of the chair is not in good condition I almost fell down, the screws are very lose 3. The balcony was dusty The rest everything was good, recommended to stay

Pros: The hotel was nice short distance to Okada Casino, 5 mins walk to SM Mall of Asia. Shops and Restaurant just around the corner. Room was nice and tidy, i'd enjoyed watching free Netflix and free wifi, relaxing in the swimming pool. Staff was so helpfull definitely i will be back here. Its highly Recommended to every guest!!!

COMFY… SHORT STAY

Pros: Nice furnitures and clean. Great location, 5 mins walk to MOA (mall). Awesome swimming pool. Good communication with the host. The reception area is nice and big. Alfamart is just right the corner.

Cons: You had to pay for the swimming pool access which was not mentioned on the listing. To get a pool access is such a hassle. No wonder, there is hardly any guest who use this facility. It’s ridiculous. The air conditioning in the unit is not cool/cold enough. Plenty of security guards at the entry point, but not helpful at all. They don’t even bother to greet their guest. The SMDC buildings (A-D) are completely run down. Lift and hallways are smelly.
