Sea Residences 5mins walk to SM MoA

Stayed for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience!!🥰

Pros: Sea Residences Review (2 nights) Stayed here for two nights and had a good overall experience. the location is close to Mall of Asia and convenient for food, shopping, and transport. the unit was generally clean and functional, with basic amenities suitable for a short stay.

Cons: I honestly don’t have anything negative to say and the owner, Jevin, is very nice and easy to talk to. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: The location and the facilities. All that one needs is there and functional(even shampoo, body wash, hand wash and hand sanitizer)

Cons: It is a common thing in the area to have cockroaches. Although the property was good, it still had plenty of cockroaches. Besides this aspect all was good

Pros: Easy check in, cleanliness and location. Huge and clean swimming pools. Ac and ventilator.

Cons: A little bit small for 4 people, but we slept very well.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay! The owner was accommodating and the place was homey.

Pros: The unit was also near go-to places making it accessible and convenient. It only took us a quick trip using a cab or a short and safe walk even when it was late at night. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with my stay here.

Pros: Locatiom walking distance to MOA Easy to locate for people not familiar in the area Door lock - no need to bring keys anytime you go out

Cons: Broken tiles at the unit entrance - unsafe

Pros: We liked the interior design of the room and how everything was organized, we kept intouch with the owner, he helped us alot. We liked the board games and cards that the owner left us. One thing i'd like to suggest is the owner should add more soup bowl.

Cons: Some of the things were damaged and not yet repaired I hope it will be soon.

Comfortable

Pros: You have everything you need just like your own house. It is near MOA and there is a small grocery nearby where you can buy food and other items you might quickly need. Very convenient and the daily rate is reasonable.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Pros: Небольшая, но очень уютная квартирка. Все удобства. Продуман каждый сантиметр. Окна выходят на тихую улицу, спать ночью комфортно. Есть балкон со столиком и стульями, там приятно посидеть с чашечкой кофе. Удобная двуспальная кровать и раскладной диван, постельное белье новое и чистое, подушки удобные, кондиционер бесшумный и установлен правильно, не продует. Большой современный ТВ, подключенный к нескольким медиа каналам, можно фильмы смотреть.. Удобное заселение в любое время суток, кодовый замок. Красивый и богатый вход в здание. Охрана. Лифты с зеркалами. Есть бассейн, правда платный, 150 песо с человека, зато работает до 10 вечера. В том же здании есть несколько супермаркетов, ресторан и массажный салон. Район выглядит опрятно и безопасно. Без проблем нашли такси на улице в 4 утра, 250 песо до аэропорта Т1. Владелец отзывчивый, хорошо говорит по английски, помогает со всеми вопросами, постоянно на связи. В общем, все супер! Можно брать.
