Location! Location ! Location! We love this place and believe it is value for money

Pros: Location location location! We love this place and have stayed quiet a few times , the hosts are excellent, with just a few minor changes I would give it a 10out of 10 . 1 the bed linen could do with an update ( not at all dirty but a little dated ) 2. a washer and dryer would be a welcome addition 3. The aircon in the lounge room needs maintenance. Otherwise it’s great the pool is fantastic I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here 24 hr security is an added bonus . Cons: Can’t say I didn’t like anything ( except my preference would a TV in the bedroom as well but that is a personal thing )

Wonnderful relaxing homely feel , did I mention the great pool on the 7th Floor?

Pros: well firstly 3 words come to mind Location! Location! Location ! if your looking for a place to call home for a well earned vacation, you honestly cannot beat this for comfort , price , we love it so much we were thinking about barricading ourselves in ! downstairs the is a giant shopping plaza with an abundance of quality restaurants and shops that will please any taste. I’m writing this review just to let fellow traveler’s know just what a gem this , but please keep it to yourselves as I want to be able to book again and maybe again . All jokes aside this place is definitely value for money and like I said 3 times before you just can’t get a a more convenient location. ps the owner and her grand daughter are great 10/10

Pros: Really nice and convenient condo unit, The view over Manila is fantastic with Manila City hall at ones left and Makati skyline at the right at the middle one have Antipolo mountains as a back ground. When I like to go out and make shopping I even don't need to go outside of the building, just go to the lobby and turn left... private entrance to the mall. Where I can find all I can ask for. The apartment is clean and with new kitchen the bathroom is also recently updated. Comfortable to sleep on. When I had any questions I found it really easy to communicate with both the owner and caretaker too. It's definitely a place I will stay again.

Pros: Very clean unit, there is private entrance from the building going to Robinsons Mall, on 27th floor. Quiet. No cockroaches. Newly built kitchen, Large kitchen, very well equipped. Big towels, good internet. Hot and cold shower, Big bed and have extra bedsheet on the room itself. Very accomodating host - Highly recommended for family and friends, I really enjoy staying in this place, I would definitely go again to this place.

Best condominium apartment in manila

Pros: To simply put it, we felt at home! Everything was clean and comfortable , kitchen utilities was available with drinking water , hot shower, aircons ,security, and everything was as per expectation with amazing staff, My sincere appreciation to Mrs Susan and Ms Arianna for taking care of us all the time , it was really felt like our home . Definitely, this will be our first choice every time we visit manila.

Pros: Gute zentrale Lage in Fußweite zu dem 3 Museen. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, voll ausgestattet. Einkaufszentrum und Supermarkt im gleichen Gebäude

Pros: I highly recommend this unit because of it's cleanliness and comfortable room, top notch amenities and Ariann the care taker is very nice. She patiently waited for me at the lobby and help me carry my stuff. Also make sure that all of my needs on my entire stay are already complete. Place is located at the mall, very nice and spacious area. I enjoyed having the view of the busy streets during the day and a perfect view of city lights during the night. Overall, I had a great experience on this unit and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: I always keep coming back in this condo in manila was truly exceptional from the moment i arrived, i was greeted w/ warmth by Ms. Susan staff especially arianne , the condo itself was clean, no cockroach, no flys, no mosquitoes & well appointed w/ many ammenities that made my stay comfortable & convenient. The highlight however was the breath taking view of the city from the balcony which i enjoyed on a daily basis,the location was perfect w/ a direct connection to Robinsons Mall, offering easy access to shoppings,dining, & entertainment options. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the city!

Logement correct et bien situé

Pros: Logemenr bien situé et sécurisé proche de tout.la vue du balcon est magnifique.

Cons: Il faudrait penser à désinsectiser et remplacer le matelas de la chambre à coucher
