wonderful place to stay

Pros: the place is.clean and complete with everything.. sadly that we have not consumed the entire duration of the stay. Owner is well responsive and accomodated our checkin request for time adjustment. highly appreciated and recommended.

Pros: One of the best staycations we've had. Complete appliances and facilities. Neat and clean. Aesthetic interiors. Netflix and game boards are perfect for bondings.

Charm apartments

Pros: Exceptionally clean. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Located mins walk to malls and shops. Even provided drinking water

Cons: The entire complex is non smoking. It's a bit of a pain to walk outside the main gate to have a smoke

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and cozy, and the host was incredibly responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and memorable stay! 🥰❤️

Pros: Michelle is very accommodating and responsive. The area is clean and well-maintained. Plus points to the board games provided, me and my daughter created an enjoyable memorable stay. The staff, including the security team, is awesome and friendly. I felt very secure during my stay, as access to the property is well-regulated—you need a pass to enter, which I really appreciated. The location is perfect, close to everywhere I wanted to go and highly accessible, including nearby malls. One suggestion I have is to provide a cover for the duvet for added comfort and cleanliness. I will definitely come back and book this place again for my next vacation!

Awesome Unit and great hosts!

Pros: The hosts were very responsive and the property was well equipped with easy access checking in and checking out. It was complete with drinking water (complimentary) and cooking utensils etc. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when I come back for vacation.

Superb! Highly recommend!

Pros: Customer service was outstanding. Michelle was always proactively communicating from the start until check out by giving me clear, easy instructions and early reminders. All the facilities in the apartment were in good condition like the fridge (there was cold water in a jug already), drinking water, lights, air conditioning, fans, WiFi, kitchen (didn't use much of the appliances but they look in good order), shower, toilet, etc. The apartment was very clean, I could see they prepared it well for my arrival. I liked they use PIN lock instead of keys, I think it's more secure so I had peace of mind leaving my stuff in the property. It was also quiet and peaceful. My experience was superb, I would use them again on my next visit and highly recommend it!

Cons: Not anyone's fault but not much to see from the balcony as construction is still ongoing. It didn't bother me much though. Although Michelle sent me a map of the site, because I arrived quite late and dark we had a bit of a struggle to find the building. I think it would have helped if there were big clear signs along the carpark.

Nice place to stay in Cainta Rizal

Pros: Location is perfect for us, it is located near the downtown of Cainta and near the malls/LRT2. Distance of the building entrance from the main road is quite far especially for senior and with kids (if you're commuting) but nevertheless perfect if you have car/ service. Room space is spacious enough to accommodate 3pax. They also provide complete set of kitchenwares, utensils, fresh linens and 2 gallons of drinking water. Very clean and pleasant place to stay.

Cons: the security is a bit tight given that we have given the names of our visitors, but somehow ok because of security reasons.

Pros: The place is very clean, beds are good , we slept comfortably,the owner guided me to see the place easily. Security guards are nice too. To have a drinking water ready is very good for me not just small bottle water. Close to 2 malls.
