A pleasant stay in a flat near to Dr Santos metro station

Pros: A nice flat not far from the airport by taxi, and only a 15 minute walk to Dr Santos metro station which takes you straight to the centre, so convenient for that.

Cons: It does look out on some rather less nice areas of the city

Pros: For a couple like us, its just alright. we are only after the, tidyness, cleanliness(toilet and bed linens), comfort wise, aircon is quiet and cold, perfect for resting. overall, well recommended, if youre looking for a place to stay, Owner is so accomodating, and veryconcern ,to address some hassles.

Cons: Checking in is a bit annoying and stressful because, you dont have number to call to, when the Lobby Guards, asking for some requirements beforechecking in, when you only have Confirmation booking from BOOKING.COM, and from Property Manager, and showing them all the Emails. but the owner step in to iron out things, so overall, i will not complain,the GUARDS IS JUST ENSURING AND PROTECTING THE PROPERTY. so 5 Stars for Thewhole experience

Pros: Its clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The owner and the staffs were easy to communicate with.

good option for a short term stay!

Pros: The room is very cozy and comfortable, the mall is just outside so very convenient for shopping.

Cons: If the property can provide better laundry service would be better

Perfect for the 1st stay

Pros: I liked everything. Apartment, surroundings, kind people and being relatively close to the airport

Pros: The place was well kept and rest assured that you are safe because of the abundance of security guards around the area.

Me quedaría a vivir en este lugar

Pros: Todo!!! Es tu pequeña casa en Manila!! Tienes todo lo que necesitas para quedarte uno o varios días: 1. Cocina muy bien dotada 2. Sala de TV donde pudimos conectar nuestro Netflix y hacer tarde de series 3. Cama súper cómoda 4. El lugar es muy fresco 5. Tiene balcón 6. El apartamento está a unos pasos de un enorme 7. centro comercial donde encuentras todo! 8. Los señores de la recepción son extremadamente amables 9. Está a unos 25 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto 10. Este lugar es tan agradable, que no vas a querer salir a conocer la ciudad

Aceitável

Pros: Perto de centro comercial e a 15/20min do aeroporto internacional

Cons: Internet e a televisão não funcionaram em condições aceitáveis, eram precisos códigos para aceder sempre que desligamos a televisão e eram códigos que só o proprietário tinha ter acesso.

Pros: Emerson is a superb landlord. Even though we presented him with a difficult situation before we even checked in, he worked with us and fixed everything. I highly recommend this condo.

Cons: My wife thought it could have been cleaner, but I thought it was fine. She is the head of housekeeping at a 5 star resort and has a very different standard than me.

Another good stay

Pros: Being relatively close to the shopping centre and bus/jeepney stations to get into other part of Metro Manila. Apartment was just enough suited to spend time there and rest.

Cons: No complaints from me.
