Excellent place to spend a night very close to the airport, yet quiet, safe and private.
Pros: I had to spend one night close to the Manila Airport's Terminal 3, and this area is a great option for it. I booked another place first, but I had to cancel due to a very unfortunate thing that happened the first time I was there. I booked another one, and they cancelled one day before I arrived. By then I started having negative feelings about the people renting their places in this area, but I was lucky to find this one, and they did deliver big time. The place was great, next to several restaurants and shops, it has a great pool that I got to use, a very comfortable bed, literally zero noise from the airport... it was great!
Cons: OK, I am wide aware that this has directly nothing to do with the apartment itself or the owner, so don't blame them for this at all: I went to the pool at around 7pm., there was a small family group by the side, but I was the only one swimming. When I was about to take a shower next to the pool before I went in, I saw a rat coming out of one of the bushes. Later on, close to the pool chair I left my towel in, I saw a cockroach. We are talking about a modern, high-end building complex with the pool in the middle accesible by residents only, which means they do hire experts in gardening and cleaning, having the whole pool area in good condition, and that's exactly why that rat and cockroach shouldn't be there at all. Again, not the apartment owner's fault at all, so I blame the building maintenance team.

Pros: This apartment was perfect. 10-15 mins easy walk to terminal 3. Clean, comfortable, and has everything travellers need. Outside on the street there was every kind of eatery and takeaway street food. We went to the Orange Bucket next door. If you like sea food, ribs, fish, Thai, Korean, etc this is a fun place to eat. We will definitely stay here when we return to Manila. This apartment is a difficult review. If I give it the star rating it deserves it may be fully booked when we want to stay there again!! PS you need to message the host 15minutes before arrival not like us, however, she did get there in double quick time.

Pros: Me gustó todo. Muy bonito, con todo los detalles para hacer confortable la estancia. Muy silencioso y el aire acondicionado también silencioso. Ubicación excelente para ir andando a la terminal 3 del aeropuerto.

Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros: Schönes, sauberes Zimmer in der Nähe vom Flughafen.
Cons: Vermieter hatte vergessen eine Email zum Portier zu senden um uns anzumelden. Deshalb mussten wir eine Stunde auf unsern Schlüssel warten.

Pros: La habitación tiene de todo, las fotos son la realidad de lo que es. Cerca del aeropuerto, cama cómoda y los trabajadores fueron muy amables
Cons: Tardamos un poco en hacer el check in, pero bueno, los trabajadores estuvieron a nuestra disposición y atentos. Recomiendo avisar 15-30.minutos antes de llegar para que estén preparados para hacer el check in más rápido. El resto fue todo perfecto

À quelques minutes à pied du T3
Pros: Idéalement placé près du T3 de l’aéroport, pour une escale, ou bien se reposer avant un vol tardif par exemple. On y accède en 10 minutes à pied via une passerelle située à l’étage de l’aéroport. L’appartement est moderne et bien équipé. Il y a même une télévision avec Netflix pour passer le temps.
Cons: La personne qui m’a remis les clés était antipathique, j’ai eu l’impression de la déranger. Aussi il faut remette les clés dans la boîte aux lettres avant de partir mais celle ci ne se ferme pas, et on m’a demandé où étaient les clés le lendemain… heureusement que j’avais prévenu et envoyé une photo au moment où je suis partie car on aurait pu me le reprocher.
