Pros: Clean and good ambiance. Spacious and with complete amenities good for family stays. Good location as well, lots of establishment (restaurants, groceries, laundry shop, atms) around the area. Walking distance to airport too.

Highly recommended!!!

Pros: Super highly recommended. From Ms. Kim to the lobby reception and to her assistant, everyone was so accommodating. The place was also good since it's near all establishment. The unit was so spacious and clean.

Cons: All good except for the bathroom door knob hopefully they'll fix it.

Pros: Very good location near by the shop restaurants near the airport, I really the property and the place I will love to come back.

Overall, it was an excellent service and my family enjoyed their stay

Pros: I like that it was near the airport and there were a lot of establishments and restaurants around.

Cons: The aircondition was leaking and when we arrive at the property the fridge was not connected to the socket. The wire was so small we had a difficulty to plug it in.

Amazing good value unit

Pros: Area was amazing with food places and food stalls with a nice little water shop downstairs. Room was clean and balacony was large

Pros: Good location to airport, 10/15 mns walk over the bridge. Many restaurants nearby , pharmacy & grocery / bakery, 7/11. Local transport 50m fro condo.

Cons: Upon asking for a receipt both on my first stay & this recent stay I never received one. The owner's staff assured me the receipt would be sent by email. Upon paying particularly by cash one expects a receipt. I'm self employed , I require receipts for my expenses away from home. I think the management should address this issue and provide receipts on proper letter headed paper work. This is the only issue I have but it would deter me or all of my European colleagues from using the condo on future visits to Manila. Hope it can be resolved.

Pros: No complaints really, good location , near airport, 10/15 mns walk over the bridge to & from NAIA. PHP 100 by Grab taxi. Cheap local bus available on the doorstep; Php 22.00 to PITEX!! 7/11, McDonald's, Starbucks & others all close by. I'd certainly recommend the condo and would definitely return, in fact probably at Holy Week for some days. One thing: Twice I requested a receipt , never got one; Please Kim, forward receipt by email to me. Many !!! thanks
