Best place to stay

Pros: All from being affordable, accesible to all mall, grocers,food, transporatation and leisure (bar,restaurant,entertainment)

Cons: None.

A great place to stay if you like a simple warm place.

Pros: The property itself was good for us. All necessities needed for comfortable stay. Full bathroom up and downstairs. Air conditioning worked well. We really liked the location just a short walk over the walkway to the mall where they had restaurants and a supermarket. There at the walkway was the MRT local transportation it accommodated our needs. Security at entrance so only residents and guests allowed

Cons: The beds are only single bed but comfortable. There was a slight roach problem but not where it wasn’t tolerable

Pros: I stayed 6 days in this very comfortable apartment! everything works perfectly, the location is excellent and allows you to serve the whole city of manila. The rental price is below its real value. once again, many thanks to KALBER & SARAH for their warm welcome.

Pros: Location is great! It is within walking distance to the MRT station. SM mall is also across the street for easy access to basic needs.

Cons: Had a little bit of difficulty closing the door from the outside. Turning the door knob with the key could be hit and miss.

Cons: Cute rooms and bathrooms - my husband is 6 foot tall 😇

Pros: Location is very nice as very much near to malls and places if interest. Transport can be by LRT or Grab. Pretty much Accessible location.

Highly recommended and affordable stay in mandaluyong city

Pros: Its perfect for family, its easy accessible to all from mrt just in front of the condo, mall just opposite the bldg passing by mrt station, megamall just 1 station away, guadamall were can by at wet market 1 mrt station away from the place and the place itself can cook and wash, with good wifi connection, my 2 son enjoyed watching netflix, and for drinking lovers theres a bar at penthouse that can see the city overview, the entire unit is very clean, complete package, overall stay superb and highly recommended.

Cons: During our stay noisy in between 8am to 5pm due to theres alot of unit doing renovation and the outside corridor dirty alot of dust, anyhow its ok due to we are out all the time.

In sum, I would recommend this property and rate it at 8

Pros: The property is clean. It is near SM Mega Mall and just opposite SMDC Light Mall, where you can easily buy groceries. Also, MRT Boni, right in front of the building, is accessible to tourists.

Pros: Gute Austattung. Preis/ leistung ist fast sehr gut. Das entgegenkommen des Gastgebers wss das frühere Checkin betrifft und auch donst sehr entgegenkommend. Die Rofdeck bar ist auch schön. Wundervolle Aussieht auch dazu. Danke dafür

Cons: Es war kein Doppelbett vorhanden. Und auch kein Balkon oder Terasse. War aber auch nicht angeboten:-))
