Pros: Location and proximities to restaurants. Lobby support is very good.

Cons: Responses to inquiries and quesrions tha t needs quick replies are not as good. There's delay of many hours and even days before a reply is received. Place is also a bit dated.

Pros: The place is very close to pretty much everything thing you might need at the comfort of western lifestyle, so all your food from home will be easy find here. The host is very active , you need anything or something doesnt work, you will get response right away. Last the security of the build is great..24/7 no one comes to the building (lobby) without access key to get into the lobby which is extra layer of security. Just to mention too the neighborhood is very safe in general . I would highly recommend

Cons: More time to enjoy the place and maybe washer inside the apartment
