Cozy Place with City View at Greenbelt Makati

Fantastic apartment

Pros: Had a great stay at this apartment. Very easy check-in and good communication with the host. Condo staff very friendly. The condo building has pool, gym, sauna which is great. Superb location with lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself is spacious and has everything you need with a lovely view from the balcony over the city. Will definitely stay at this apartment again on my next work trip. Thank you.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: It was exactly as described, a cosy place with a view. On the 25th floor, it was very quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, smelt great and well appointed.

Cons: The mattress was a little uncomfortable 😐, but that is the only thing I could fault.

Pros: Check in online and at the location was absolute excellent as to convenience and hospitality! The room is really cozy, with an eye for detail. I love the Legaspi Park and I had a great look at it after request. The property is hygienic. I will definitely request this appartement next time!

Cons: Minor detail: please airco in the elevator!!!

Pros: It is next to the Legaspi Park, the malls are very close. The Host is very friendly and is always available. We was there only for a week and we will come back for sure, it is perfect for couples

Great location, fantastic view and sauna+gym facilities

Pros: Highly recommended - it's a super cute and cosy condo, very convenient location, facing the park where you can do jogging. Amazing view from the 21st floor, everything works well. I enjoyed using the hotel facilities like the gym, sauna, and swimming pool. There is 7/11 just next door and the delicious restaurant. Very helpful polite staff, could not have asked for better service. It's super close to all the main shopping malls, lots of massage and spa places around. Will be back next time.

Pros: Nära till allt. Fantastisk personal både som jobbar i byggnaden och de som har hand om lägenheten.

Cons: Det stod att det skulle finnas tvättmaskin men det fanns inte. Netflix försvinner ett par gånger, behöver kontakta ägaren.

Pros: walking distance from One Ayala easy access to the malls park in front 711 just a few steps when you go out the bldg plus factor I bank with BDO one is located just right next to the bldg main entrance pool & sauna available for guests

Cons: unlike a regular hotel if you need toiletries/ towels you have to contact host but overall location was ideals for the purpose of my stay
