Fully-furnished Condo Accommodation in Makati

Studio in Good Location

Pros: The location was good, although the map of Booking.com showed it about 10-minute away from where it actually was. This issue is probably more due to Booking.com than the property owner. We had some questions during our stay and property owner was very responsive.

Cons: N/A

Pros: Unit is clean and spacious with simple decors-- everything inside is functional. Property was easily located by waze or gmaps -just use the property name itself. It's just a few meters from Makati Avenue and Century City. For convenience, restaurants/ banks/cafes/ a mall/pharmacy/and convenience stores are everywhere. Also a good walking distance to various clubs for partygoers since it's in Poblacion area. Host was responsive with my queries.

Cons: It's beyond the host's control, but the noise-- from nearby construction site that went on 'til dawn, also sirens and latenight parties from nearby clubs as expected. I think the pillows need to be washed or changed because of their funky smell.

My opinion.

Pros: I like the view, the cleanliness of the condo, the vibes of the room, and it has games in it. Good for couples or solo travelers like me or with friends. It has 2 twin beds and a chair that turns to bed. Also like the decoration of the room, and the paintings in it. Has a lot to offer actually.

Cons: No clothes iron, so bring your own. Overall, I don't really have a bad review with the room. Oh, there is a tv but no reception.

Pros: Cleanliness , 25 mins walk glorietta , many resto and grocery around ,WiFi ,Netflix,location and the host are very nice

Pros: Services were perfect!!! Thanks to everyone who is part of the team. Very good location, most places we wanted to visit we could walk.

Cons: Lift card didn't work.

Pros: The check-in instructions were clear, and we easily checked in on our own. The location is convenient, the area is safe, and within walking distance of a park and shopping center.

Cons: The bathroom needs renovation, some of the floor tiles are coming off and water is collecting underneath them. There was no blanket in the room, only a bedspread, the cleanliness of which was questionable

We had a great stay with a clean room. The kids loved the pool, and the location near Makati

Pros: The host was very accommodating, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, and my family had a very comfortable stay. We truly had a wonderful experience.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was great. The place met my expectations, and overall, it was a very good experience.
