Perfect blend of home & comfort

The location was amazing. It's in a beautiful part of town with lots of amenities around.

Pros: The host made it very easy! They gave me a code for the door so there was no key.

Cons: The toaster pumped out smoke and the building security had to come and check on me 😅

Pros: Overall the property was clean ...it was a nice location very safe area

Pros: The room was clean and smells good. It was comfortable. They do have kitchen wares so you can cook if you like. The unit owner answer all my quieries in a timely manner. I enjoyed my stay in the unit.

Cons: The only thing i didn't like about is Netflix and the TV remote is not working properly but overall everything was okay.

Pros: Lovely apartment, good for a few days in Manila. Building was very secure. Bed super comfy and pleasant stay.

Cons: Broken kettle & quite a lot of bugs in the property which was kinda gross.

Pros: The location is great. The place is good with thoughtful freebies. I must say the honesty pantry store idea is superb. The host is very responsive. As for the areas for improvement, hope the bidet has its dedicated holder and hope the squeaky bed frame will be fixed. Overall, our stay is great and will surely book this again for another trip this June. Thank you.

Great and convenient place especially if you're going to MOA.

Pros: Accessibility of the place was great, a lot of food stalls downstairs and a very comfy lobby, condo unit was very close to the elevator and easy to find. Bed was comfy, there was an extra mattress you could use, room smelled nice, air-conditioning worked great, comfort room was also very decent except that the bidet did not have a handle/holder which isn't really a bad thing, we just found it funny. Price was okay for the stay and considering it was really close to where we needed to be.

Cons: NOT the properties fault, but the building's elevators smelled like dirty laundry almost all of the time we stayed there, and the mobile signal in the lobby was very bad. there were also tiny cockroaches in the property but it wasn't that much of a bother. Also I wish the property managers would be more proactive with communication and/or provide a more convenient way of communication asides from booking/.com.

Pros: Very nice modern unit..spacious, clean and cozy..when we entered thev whole unit smells great.. Very recommended..The host alao is very kind and responsive..

Homy vibes

Pros: The owner is very accomadating in replying all my questions in the first day of stay. The unit is clean, very homy vibes. It feels like a home away from home. Very convenient in buying things i need because there are many resto and convenience store just within the area.

Pros: The room was beautiful well kept and had everything a traveler could need. The host was very accommodating as well as the staff. Despite bus delays, we could still easily check in and enjoyed a good night of rest. The view is wonderful.
