Pros: The apartment was on the 8th floor, the same floor as the swimming pool, gym and office facilities. Very convenient. The common areas were very well laid out.

Cons: The apartment lacked a desk where one could sit and do some work. No organized delivery of clean water. A bit of a bad smell in the bathroom.
