Overall, it got all I need. Decent, clean and cozy with a spectacular view of the city.

Pros: In close proximity, it is adjacent to a shopping mall where there is a Starbucks, a pharmacy (Mercury Drug), pastry shops, restaurants, office & school supplies store, a department store, etc. a Catholic church. About a kilometer walk from a hospital (Makati Medical Center) and Ayala Center-a commercial hub with muliple connected malls. If you have the patience to walk between streets, you'll find a wet market. Look for the local delicacies-turon, bananaQ, camoteQ, kakanin-and streetfood grills available at night. Also, for the homeowned-style bakeries. Best place to be is to sit by thhe unit's large window and watch the citysscape transition from dusk to sunrise, sunset to night. Even on a gloomy cloudy day, you'll enjoy it over a cup of coffee. And there were no cockroaches. Plus, there is a wasing machine too.

Cons: The sofa is not comfy for lounging. Also, maybe not everyone may need but I would appreciate a reading light.
