Pros: The access was easy. Lock on the door with code, excellent. Unit small but nicely designed. Clean and well stocked.

Cons: We had a problem with the television, but I must say that owner made several attempts to solve it and compensated us when nothing worked.

Pros: Everything was convenient -from kitchen to laundry cleaning! Everything is clean. Best option talaga sa mga gusto mag staycation or short vacay in Manila.

Pros: We like the place malapit sa lahat. And affordable ang rent.

Cons: We don't like the policy of parking lot... imagine gigising ka ng oras ng kasarapan ng tulog mo para lang mag bayad ulit ng panibagong oras sa parking dahil pag nag exceed ka sa oras panibagong rate at may dagdag pa per oras. Wala manlang considerasyon sa oras.

Pretty good for the price given to us!

Pros: I love the property, the reclining sofa was so comfortable, TV was in 4K, the bathroom and shower is really nice as well and they provide you with toothbrush set and there's coffee/tea and ice cream in the fridge.

Cons: The condo unit is terrifying lol. The elevators are making weird scary noise, you have to walk in a corridor filled with empty rooms that are still in renov but that's not the property's fault. The property is great, the building is not.
