Pros: Great host! Very helpful and kind. He let us checked in early. FANTASTIC apartment in a great location with all kinds of restaurants and amenities on-site including SM supermarket and a pharmacy too. The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen for dining in and there’s a proper coffee machine plus flip flops and slippers :) The security and concierge are fabulous. Gotta say we felt at home in One Residences

Cons: Found the bathroom a bit tight but I guess, they took advantage to provide more space for the 2 double beds.

Cons: Reception staff is so strict. They did not allow my bridesmaids to go up for us to have a pictorial even for just 10mins.

Pros: The location is exceptional! So many restaurants, groceries stores and coffee shops down stairs! The room is nice and comfortable! I would definitely come back & stay here again! ++ u stay on the 20th flooooor! Nice view of the city lights! The owner was very easy to communicate with! ☺️ Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Cons: Just a couple of things. The toilet smells & theres mini cockroaches in the kitchen area. & no toilet paper is provided. But overall, it's okay.

Pros: It was clean, very convenient to get around to any of the local shops

Cons: I did not like the fact that I could not smoke on or near the property anywhere!

Pros: The place itself was clean and smelled good when we first entered. It's accessible to grocery & convenience stores & restaurants. The host was very accommodating and nice.
