Pros: A really cool and comfortble place for relaxation. Close to the mall and other major landmarks.

Cons: About small cackroaches not only in the unit, i think the whole building because i saw some as well in the hallway and other unit entering at the door gap when we are walking at the hallway.,Which needed attention for the management of the whole building.
