Pros: Good value and comfortable. Small space but everything you need and good location. Pool very good and gym well equipped

I have stayed in several rooms and apartments in Makati and this one has the best Value for Money.

Pros: Room cleanliness and location were excellent. This is the 4th time I have stayed here, but the first time in a standard room; the other times were in deluxe rooms. Even the standard room meets all my expectations.

Cons: The one item that did not function was the microwave oven. It seemed to have a short circuit. I have every confidence that the management will take care of this issue.

Pros: Had a good look over the city on 41 st floor.had a few small cockroaches which I squished a couple of cigarettes burn holes in the sheets but for the price it was good value for me

Pros: Great location and very clean apartment. We didn't end up using the pool but it would have been free of charge to use which is nice.

Very good value for money and I will definitely stay there again at my next visit.

Pros: We were on the top floor and the view of Manila Bay is exceptional. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Also it had several useful appliances such as a good sized refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer, in addition to dishes and cutlery, all useful for an extended stay. There was also a large, well maintained swimming pool and exercise track. Location was very good with a big mall/department store/supermart/restaurants just across the road.

Cons: The one complaint I have relates to the hot water heater and shower head. The heater is very temperamental and it is very difficult to fix a temperature. The shower head could not be adjusted at all.

Pros: Very good location, nice view from 41 store. Amazing swimming pool and the most comfortable bed I slept.

Cons: The studio is a little bit smaller than I expected.

Pros: Central location with everything needed within walking distance. Felt very secure. Pool free to use for tenants. Free canister drinking water provided.

Cons: Clear signs of wear in the apartment. Noisy AC unit. Elevators take forever to arrive.

Excellent and comfortable!

Pros: The location is convenient, the unit is on the small side, but if you just need it for rest, it is perfect for sleep. It is well equipped. I had no problem reaching out to the host as well, they were very responsive and accomodating. The property also has an amazing view. Overall my stay was excellent and problem free!
