Cozy, clean apartment with a great host, ideal for a comfy stay despite slight noise (not always).

Pros: This place is cozy, super clean, and feels really safe. The layout’s practical, and the furniture works perfectly for everything you need. AC keeps it nice and cool, the lighting’s spot-on, and the optic fiber internet is reliable—no issues syncing data (iCloud effortlessly syncs photos and videos from the gallery at night), no network restrictions (Wi-Fi Calling works). You get access to a cool pool, there’s a convenient shop on level B1, and a snack bar in the lobby. The host is fantastic, very accommodating, and responds super quickly to any questions. The staff around the property are friendly and quick to help.

Cons: The AC in the main bedroom is a bit loud, which can be annoying at night. You might hear some noise from the main road sometimes. The internet speed is under 10 Mbps, which could be faster. Also, the building is pet-friendly, so you might notice a slight pet smell outside (it depends on the weather, actually), though not inside the apartment.

Beautiful place, super helpful and sweet owner. Definitely going back!

Pros: Beautiful facilities, super flexible and kind owner who responded via text almost immediately, at all times of the night or day, and in person as well within 24 hours. When I wanted to extend my stay, she went out of her way and asked the next person coming to stay at one of her other, even nicer apartments so I wouldn’t have to move all my stuff! And she gave that next client a discount so they wouldn’t have to pay more than they had expected. I am Truly grateful for her great service. I had a wonderful time in Manila thanks to her. Will definitely go back.

Cons: This is not her fault but just be aware that the building security is very strict about visitors. But the owner’s flexibility helps with that a lot!
