Pros: The owner was VERY RESPINSIVE! 'Was quick to respond to any issues & requests. Very accomodating. After those first few initial issues & requests, it became a pleasant 2 months stay: convenient location with varieties of eateries & daily night-stand Shore-Eats at the closed-off parking @ Tower 4 of Shore 3 Residences till 11pm. Try the Korean cheese corndog, Odeng w/ soup & ThuckBokKi!

Cons: The cockroaches in bathroom that travels through drainages crawl out mostly at night time.

Definitely my preferred place to stay if I'm going back to Mnl soon.

Pros: I like that the host of the unit is very accomodating. That they are kind enough to answer my questions even if sometimes I keep on messaging them. I like that the place is clean and well-maintained.

Cons: None.
