Feedback for 35 days stay

Pros: Location, amenities, host responds to queries straight away. Building itself is very good.

Cons: About the room itself, it is average for what we paid for anyway. Very cheap and affordable. I have few suggestions for the host to take note for next customers: Provide more utensils, the room/toilet should be cleaned and spotless before next check in of guests, shower curtain should be longer than that to serve its purpose, washing machine leaks when washing, there should be dish rack after washing dishes, replace microwave asap as it gives bad smell when heating food, bed frame needs replacement as the wood always falls (ikea bed problem). Lastly, this is building issue - there are small cockroaches in the room and in the building itself. Although building pest control is in place. Overall, it was a good stay. Everything you need is in the building. Host is very accommodating and responds to issues quickly. Not bad for the price too. Safe area for families. Parking fee affordable. Maybe it would be good to include the swimming pool fee for the whole stay upon paying the rent in full so guests can always access the pool anytime.
