Flat with amazing view in Makati with pool access

Pros: Everything was great - view, balcony, facilities like the pool, Wi-Fi (excellent), location, equipment (toiletries, kitchen with detergents and a few basic things like oil, sugar, etc), quick and smooth communication with the host, price/quality ration, only 30 minutes at peak traffic time to the airport and 40 to intramuros by Grab. Ayala Triangle and Green Belt walkable by foot in around 20 minutes. We stayed 4 nights but it’s a place very suitable also for longer stays.

Cons: The only annoying thing is that you get only one access card to the building as per building regulations (it doesn’t depend on the owner) - so if you are a couple but have slightly different schedules it may be worth asking beforehand the possibility of having a second access card for an extra fee.
