Auberge Condotels at SMDC Hope Residences

It was comfortable. I prefer to stay in your place should I have another engagement in the same area

Pros: The location was only few meters away from our workplace

Pros: Everything. The unit is clean and cozy; everything you need is there, including karaoke and a foot massage. The bed is comfortable. Free water and all necessary equipment are provided. The location is safe and has mall access. The owner is very accommodating, even with my concerns regarding schedule changes. Check-in and check-out were easy and hassle-free. The owner went above and beyond, adding decorations and ensuring a good and memorable stay. Though we didn't have time to use the pool, the owner gave us a ticket to use it. The pool is okay overall. If I could give it a 1000/10, I would.

Cons: Access to the mall is until 9 p.m. only. This is not under the unit owner's control, so all is fine. 🙂

Comfortable

Pros: I like everything specially the good customer service. Very responsive ni owner, ifs my 2nd time staying and still looking forward l.

Pros: I like that it is clean and beautiful, there are also kitchen tools if you want to cook.Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to swim in their pool as it is closed for cleaning

Very quiet relaxing and near SM malls

Pros: Safety well cared for grounds and security and staff very kind and helpful.

Cons: Take my personal ID for the gate pass but understand why.

Excellent stay, the owners response was topnotch.

Pros: It is very cozy and clean, and it’s very close to SM mall. There’s a foot massager that my wife really love and there is a washing machine (although we didn’t use it but I think was nice). Beds and pillows are comfortable and there’s plenty of coffee, sugar and creamer we can use.

Cons: The only thing I can think of was the sink faucet, it continuously leaking when it’s turned on so I have to turn it off at the source underneath the sink. No big deal but it could be better.

Pros: Good. Relax and slow life. If ride tricycle Near mall and market. Motor parking free. Cook. Laundry.

Cons: Disappointed little bit about… kitchen set is lack. Motor parking is full vacant. Lanudry dirty dust white. Walk far to mall and market. No store in condo.

Comfortable, Clean and perfect!

Pros: Perfect place for a short staycation with small family. Had everything needed and located right behind a shopping center.

Pros: I love the cosy vibe that the unit gives in and it's clean, too! It's small but all the things that you'll need will be there. We also love how close it is to SM, Palengke (market), and other things that you might need during your stay. They are also very accommodating when sending enquiries and they respond to our queries and requests. Also, there's a pool that you can access during your stay. Normally you'll have to pay to get access but we got it for free so we're thankful for that! Thank you, Auberge!

Cons: I can't say anything in particular that comes to mind as we did enjoy our stay there, but if I were to choose one that would be the little fragile stuff on the headboard in the bed as we're very cautious not to break them because they look so fragile. But yes, like I said, we very much enjoyed our stay there so there's nothing I can think of disliking during our stay.

A perfect staycation for the family

Pros: I like the cleanliness of the room. I like the ambiance and the overall look of the room. The location is very good, just behind SM. It is very relaxing and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: No parking inside but we were able to park outside. I forgot to communicate about the parking.
