Pros: I love my room Everything is complete , and near all shops and amenities

Pros: The team granted my request to provide an iron. They followed up if I was able to check-in and out smoothly.

Cons: For sure the team sees to it that the unit is safe and clean. But there were cockroaches.

Pros: I like that the location is just 10-15 mins away from our office. There are several stores within the vicinity. Metro and ATC are just walking distance from the condo. Check-in and out process was easy. The unit had cooking and eating utensils, foldable table and chairs for dining. The administrator also provided another modem since the 1st modem was not working. Communication with the admin was also easy as he/she was responsive on every inquiry and assistance that I asked for. The is also a washing machine and enough clothes hanger. Water supply is also good, never had an issue. Elevator was fast.

Cons: There was no ladle and chopping board. Pillow was not enough as well. The towel provided was for 1-2 times use only as it was disposable. Gym and swimming pool usage were not included in the package. Access on both were important since it was booked as \
