Cosy stay in the heart of Makti.

Pros: The place is very cosy & has everything that you need. It was clean & comfortable. The price for 2 nights is a great deal, & location was very good too. Not much to dislike, although we didn't get the chance to use the amenities. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing place - right in the city

Pros: Our stay at the Homey 1-Bedroom Apartment at Air Residences in Makati was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax after a day in the city. It’s conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making everything easily accessible. Getting to the Mall of Asia was approx 400 pesos each way via Grab. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!”

Cons: Having a few extra towels available would be a big help, especially for guests with long hair who may need more than one.

Excellent from start to finish

Pros: This is such a gem of a find I loved my stay and I could have found myself living here! Thank you to the host for being so responsive and for the pool passes this was an added treat for me. I have mentioned about my stay to friends who are also travelling as I loved it very good value for money.

Pros: Accessible,cosy and clean.The unit meet my standards of a safe and comfortable place to stay.I will definitely consider to stay here again the near future.

Cons: I won’t say I did not like, I rather say it’s more comfortable having a meal with a proper table and chairs although you don’t have enough room.

Compact and Comfy Stay

Pros: It was located in a great area with all the facilities around (AIR Mall being connected with the Residence was very useful). The stay was comfortable and had a great city view. It was worth for the view alone. The Host was very friendly and well co-coordinating with all your requirements. I would definitely recommend for 2 people.

Pros: Host was very thorough, even to the amenities. Complete and very well thought of.

Cons: Distance from the elevator. A bit too far for us who have problems with our legs.

Lovely

Pros: It is a very comfortable and beautiful apartment with fascinating view. A comfortable bed with lot's of quality toilet rolls and loved swimming pool with complimetaly vouchers which we much appreciated and the owner is quick to respond. It's handy to have a supermarket and restaurants in the building so you can have a lazy day without going anywhere, our favourite restaurant is Bai Nian which is a Chinese restaurant with tasty food with resonable price and beer.

Cons: I had earplugs but still can hear traffic. Some shampoo would make it even better.

Pros: Great location. Cris the owner so lovely and quick with communication. Was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend anyone to stay
