Overall I like the unit but expect an issue with parking space.

Pros: Overall I like the unit. Luxurious. I really don't know if I'm on a condominium or hotel with kitchen. Perfect place Kudos to the owner and person in charge. Replies so fast. I had an issue with parking and they were considerate to adjust the check out time

Cons: Not a fan of Spring bed PARKING - Expensive. Paid 660 pesos for parking, not even covered and just beside the building. Waited for almost 2 hours because it's full
