Pros: All was excellent. Clean, orderly room exactly what I needed after a long 16 hours flight. Only, there was I believe a little misunderstanding and quite a confusion on my side with the Security Guards. I wasn't allowed to get the room, as there was no unit scheduled on my behalf. I, kind of annoyed hearing I couldn't take the room. Finally, it was settled. Not a big fuzz. After all, I needed just a night to recharge. Thank you Ms. Karen.

Cons: The check in. There was a misunderstanding between the staff and my scheduled unit.
