Pros: Very good and comfortable stay. The residence has a reception desk open 24/7, and in the apartment, Ms Leslie was waiting for me, even though my plane was delayed. It is a very comfortable apartment with a lot of privacy. Thank you for this!

Cons: Some coffee, teabags and small biscuits might be provided in the kitchen, since guests are arriving and leaving during night hours.

Pros: The location and what I got for value for money, as I chose this as a place to sleep before departing the Philippines the next day. It was cosy and comfortable. Hot shower too, which isn't always a given in the Philippines. Also, the host of the apartment met me to give me the keys and explained the check out process and explained the small but manageable quirks about the condo very clearly, which left a good impression. The ground floor staff were good too.

Cons: There's nothing I didn't like, it met my expectations.

Pros: We stayed for less than 10 hours here, but it’s really close to the airport, clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: There were a lot of cockroaches at night in the toilet.

Good value, walking distance to airport

Pros: It’s very close to the Manila Airport Terminal 3. Very handy for those who need to be at the airport for an early morning flight.

Cons: Just very minor - can’t figure out how to watch the TV via its cable TV connection. There’s no instruction on how to switch to cable TV. Fortunately the wifi is good so was able to watch Netflix and Youtube on my device.
