Oriental Zen Suites

Pros: The accommodation was pleasantly clean and the facilities provided were nice. The tiny kitchenette was very useful! The bathroom was clean and neat. Water supply was great. The wifi was sufficient. The staff were very welcoming and cheerful. I highly recommend Oriental Zen if you have business at nearby Universities or schools. I also really liked that they provided bottled water, coffee, shampoo, soap, toilet paper everyday without asking for it. That's a big plus for me. :)

Cons: My only con is that the aircon takes a lot of time to cool the room. I suggest having a wall fan to speed up the cooling process. Also, the atomizer/humidifier was a great addition, but it kept me awake the first night.

Cozy room

Pros: Very comfortable beds, however the pillows are massive and hard, unable to use. Wifi connection was good. Rooms are small but everything you need is in there. Staff is friendly. Close to (korean) restaurants and the shopping mall.

Cons: Aircon is very loud. Room with a window but without a view literally means you'll be staring at a shaft of aircon units. On a daily basis you'll get new toothbrushes, tootpaste, shampoo, coffee, 2 small bottles of water and toilet paper - not very sustainable. Price is quite steep for what you get.

Pros: The location is accessible to the places we needed to go, it's on the map too if we need food deliveries or transport services. Staffs are always nice. They're not strict with visitors. Most of all, the rooms are decent, design is very hotel-like and clean.

Cons: The air condition unit this second time stay is not in its best condition. This needs to be repaired or replaced. It needed the aid of electric fan also to have a comfortable sleep. Television is also unfriendly. Giving us a hard time to change/navigate other channels.

Ansett Aus Traveller

Pros: Very close to Super Mall. Not too busy compared to other provinces in Manila. The receptionist is very friendly and the security guard is very helpful. The receptionist called us on the phone to make sure we're doing okay. I have so many cousins came to visit me in the hotel approximately maxium of 5 and there was no problem at all from receptionist. Salamat po to Oriental Zen Suites. 💙

Feel at home coz we have sound sleep every night.

Pros: The hotel itself is very clean and with a nice scent. The interior is stunning, the staff are very accomodating. Value for money. Cannot ask for more.

Pros: Le personnel est adorable et très arrangeant ils nous ont gardé notre valise volontiers pendant notre séjour

Cons: Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de vue au fenêtre mais c’est écrit dans l’annonce :)

Really an excellent value

Pros: The staff is phenomenal. Maybe the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel.

Cons: Cable television is spotty

It is a convient place to sleep with basic comforts mostly based on location for me.

Pros: Breakfast is no loner there. It is a missed amenitie.

Cons: Rooms are advertised as soundproof when they are not.

Pros: Good location. Staff are polite and they always smile and attend to our needs.

It’s having a homey ambiance..

Pros: We feel like its home for us after booking several times in this hotel since the staff are welcoming. The place also was clean and near the places where we want to visit.
