A really excellent place to stay in the reclamation area

Pros: Really good location. The staff were always ready to help. Very friendly, with a can-do attitude and they remembered us and our preferences. The hotel is in a great location, a part of Manila we hadn't visited before. The linens were superlative.

Cons: Some evidence of maintenance in the room. I was disappointed there wasn't a smart TV. I would recommend switching to refillable service water bottles for the rooms, rather than the expensive small tetra packs

Very good stay in a central location with a wonderful breakfast!

Pros: Breakfast excellent. Location is very good, the facilities are very good.

Cons: Some staff seemed inexperienced and more focused on administration than service.

Pros: The location is good, being close to the Mall of Asia is so convenient. Plus a nice view of the bay area.

Cons: Breakfast could get really crowded especially if the hotel is full.

Overwhelming satisfaction for their service, facilities, overall cleanliness and location.

Pros: This is our 3rd booking and will continue to book them when travelling to the Philippines. If there’s a score higher than 10, they more than deserve it.

Pros: I like the attitude of the staff, they are all accommodating and easy to please. Especially the night shift housekeeping assigned to our floor, I got so much requests & needs & everything were provided. I really like the attitude of the staffs.

Pros: The rooms had everything you need. The staff at the hotel were amazing!

Cons: When I booked 2 rooms I didn't realise there was 2 buildings so when I tried to organise to be closer together the lady on booking.com told me it wasn't possible unless I upgraded 1 room and tried to get my to upgrade much to my dismay.. However upon arrival, the staff at reception was very accommodating and made it possible to be closer to family without having to upgrade. (I understand this isn't always possible depending on how many guests are already there and checked in) but I went from regretting booking the place (thinking we were going to be separated from my mum in the other building) and in the end wishing I booked there sooner.
