Pros: This is my second stay with them. As always, the room is spotless and fully equipped.

Cons: I wasn't pleased that they used a linen to cover the sofa. A proper sofa cover would be much more suitable.

Comfortable good value for money Accomodation

Pros: Clean. Comfortable. It has what i need. Very responsive host. There is basic kitchen needs, a working stove, a pan, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave and ref. There is a washing machine, lots of hangers. The shower has a heater. There is TV, netflix, 50mbps Wi-Fi. I was able to work at the condo even though it was raining hard due to super typhoon Kristine. Bed and sofa was comfortable. There is also an electric fan. There is a balcony. Check in and check out was smooth. There is a little Fame mall with Savemore. There is Starbucks, Popeyes, Pick up coffee, etc. There is a near tricycle station just at the back near savemore.

Cons: Hhmmmm... Nothing.. It was a good value for. Money.
