Pros: Location is accessible to everything. Close to the airport and the host are very attentive.

Very convenient between flights

Pros: Walking distance to the airport, terminal 3 and free shuttle anyway to take you to any other terminal. Big apartment, comfortable and quiet. Really nice staff. We were able to late check at 3:15am and they allowed us to check out then a bit later at 12pm and leave our bag for the day.

Cons: Wifi: not sure it worked. I had data anyway. No saucepan in the kitchen, no way to boil water and no bottle of water provided

Smooth

Pros: Well, Albert delivers. There's a need for space before or after flights from T3 and here's an option for same. Instant turnover of keys. Good communications. For the noise sensitive: The neighbor unit of this particular unit seems to be occupied by some sort of lavenderia operation with washing machines going on until a while before 10pm. Some people might dislike that small humming sound, I didn't mind it. There are far worse sounds than that. Albert has several units for stays so just name to him your needs and he'd consider them.

Cons: The only few remarks I have with that unit was that were some ants wandering in the kitchen section and there wasn't many hangers or hooks.

Pros: Near the airport. Peachie, the caretaker, is friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Needs to add some toiletries. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking. Though you can easily find restaurants in the vicinity.

Pros: Great location very accessable.worth it! For me it was perfect walking distance to NAIA. I'll be back again!

Smooth

Pros: Excellent location. About 10-15 mins walk from T3. All dining options available at close walking distance. Good communications of owner and his associate. Fast handover of keys! Room is neat and WiFi worked as it should to my small needs. A good place to stay for the day or night in connection to your arrival/departure.

Cons: The only little fault I found was that the water kettle didn't work. I don't know about the TV as I didn't watch it. Else fine. For the noise sensitive: There's a barker calling for jeep passengers beginning his auditions at around 6am. But you have to be *very* noise sensitive (like me) to spot that sound. And it's something away from the bldg. The bldg itself was relatively noise free taken the traffic nearby.

Pros: Very attentive host. There was no confusion checking in like I have read about with other condohotels in this area. Albert communicated very quickly and very efficiently. I was in my room within a few minutes of arriving. Very quiet, good AC, clean, towels provided. I would highly recommend.

Pros: Check in was fast and smooth, the person who ushered us into the room was easy to talk to she kindly told me that I I mistakenly book for 1 person instead of 2 but did not ask for extra payment . We had a good few hours of rest till our 5am flight, There was enough stores for my cravings and needs. It was walking distance from NAIA termimlnal3 but we opt to ride a cab on the way out for php 82 . There was an incident where a foot of the dining (glass) table fell thank God it happened at the presence of the room rep.

Cons: just double check the furniture to.aboid accidents

Pros: I use this place before and after long haul flights. 2minutes from terminal 3. Nice shower, comfy bed. Lots of places to eat in the area or cook for yourself in the small kitchen. Oh and the host is super friendly and accommodating.

Pros: a perfect stay! .. its in walking distance to T3 and just go there - without any stress or discussion with taxi-drivers. Its a 10min walk and you can checkin again quiet early to your domestic flight at T3 again! Building is very nice, i stayed 10th floor with city view.. a lot of restaurant and shops there.. all in all - very recommended!
