Acqua Private Residences - Iguazu Tower 36th flr Mandaluyong - Makati

Two and a half weeks stay.

Pros: My wife and I loved everything, the staff was nice and helpful the apartment was clean and the location was superb, in the middle of everything. Will visit again for sure 😊

Nice place, big tower, sweet viewpoint

Pros: The location is great, situated in a secure residence, which gave me peace of mind during my stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: be sure to carefully read the host’s messages before arrival. You will need to provide the identities of all guests to the reception upon check-in (something I missed), and it’s important to do this in advance to avoid any unnecessary stress. Otherwise, everything went smoothly!

An amazing location to stay!

Pros: The apartment was very nice, great amenities, comfortable bed, great views and was in a good location. It made my stay very pleasant. The owner was also very helpful with any queries being answered very quickly! Very good and I highly recommend staying here!

Cons: Can’t think of anything!

Clean Cozy Comfortable

Pros: Immaculately clean, functional and well equipped kitchen. Checkin was smooth and comtactless. I stayed solo for this trip but the room had extra beddings good for 3. Owner thoughtful to have a quaint nook for coffee and drinks at the balcony to just savour the stunning views of the Makati skyline! Highly recommended place, clean, cozy, comfortable.

Cons: I suggest bottled water upon arrival and printed simple instructions of appliances and access common ammenities of thr property.

Pros: la résidence est très pratique, rassurante. accès facile et rapide à Makati. tout à proximité pour les achats du quotidien avec deux petites épiceries sur le site et un mall de l'autre côté de la rivière. une petite salle de sport bien agréable dans les étages supérieurs et d'autres salles de sport sur le site (payantes elles par contre). une vue vraiment top dont on ne se lasse pas. personnellement, je m'étais mis le petit matelas de secours par terre pour prendre des cafés et bosser sur mon ordi en ayant la ville et la rivière comme décor. last but not least, Mark est absolument adorable et très réactif. les quelques petits problèmes ont trouvé réponse en quelques minutes.

Pros: The place was super clean, and I was impressed by how well-equipped the kitchen was for cooking. Everything I needed was there, making my meal prep easier. The bed was comfortable, and the restroom was pristine with all the necessary amenities provided. Additionally, the TV had all the streaming apps available, making my stay comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay for work and leisure.
