Great place!

Pros: Perfect place. Small and compact, but has everything you need. Even a washing machine in the bathroom. Lots of small food stalls and convenience stores around the base of the towers. Very convenient location for those who like to shop. Quick and efficient response with renter for questions or concerns and also made check-in process simple.

Cons: Small charge to use the swimming pool, which gets only a couple hours of sunlight due to the apartment towers surrounding it.

Value for money and the host is very responsive to query and allowed me to extend an hour for my check out.

Pros: Very near SMX where my conference was held.Accessible to a lot of facilities especially Alfamart for some essential items and ready to eat food.The place is equipped with eating and cooking utensils,good wifi,fridge,AC,washing machine,TV and hair dryer and stand fan.

Cons: The space is good enough for a solo traveller or for two but if you have two or more big luggages you might need more space for it.As for me,I only have one large luggage so am okay with it.

Pros: The property is amazing. It is clean and organized. It also provides kitchen utensils, ref and even washing machine. This made our stay easy and comfortable.

Cons: The bathroom doesn’t have its own garbage container.

Pros: My stay was really good! The unit was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the booking process was smooth. I also appreciated that towels and toiletry kits were provided, just like in a hotel. The unit was well-equipped with everything you need—kitchen essentials for cooking and even a washing machine for laundry, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely book again.

Cons: What Could Be Improved: I noticed cockroaches in the building, and three made their way inside the unit. This should be reported to Shore Residences for proper pest control. The trash room nearby had a strong smell, which may be attracting the roaches. Regular cleaning and maintenance would help. The utility elevator should be reserved for staff only. Allowing residents to use it takes away from the ambience and overall experience.
