Great location for visiting family. Loads of transport options & walking distance to the Mall of Asia which was amaz

Pros: Beautifully clean entrance. Apartment was adequate & clean.

Cons: Basic repairs were needed in the apartment. Damp wall with flaking paint & the bathroom door was rotting, leaving sawdust everytime the door was opened & shut.

It was an amazing stay

Pros: Ms Joan and Ms Rose was very quick to receive my booking and assisted me well. Unlike some places that I booked na very tacky ang process at parang nangiiscam, Dynastel's process was very straightforward and the unit I got was clean and neat. Looking forward to my next stay.

Pros: It is close to the airport and a short distance to the Mall of Asia. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

Pros: Nice and cosy interior, all necessities were available including small snacks and drinks for late night arrivals. Good location close to Mall of Asia and seaside promenade.

Cons: Dust on the balcony. The hostess did not have the cash to pay back for the used refreshments, which took too long to fix (approx 40minutes).

The perfect stay

Pros: I visited this accomodation a week before and i wanted to stay again. Everything that these people do and how the accomodation is just super good. I feel like a star. Rooms are clean, yet you can also make food. Have a SMART TV for when i raining outside so you can enjoy inside a bit. Good communication with the staff. Even if there is a early check-in. They are there for you. Very, very good.

Cons: Nothing! The perfect stay.

Pros: Place is very clean..much better than some of the hotels that ive stayed. Facilities is complete. And location is very near to mall of asia! Staff is very accomodating with our request and reply immediately to our queries.
